LuxWinAsia competitions are skill-based — correct answer to a Skill Question required to enter. This distinguishes us from lotteries or games of chance.
We acknowledge that buying tickets may carry similar behavioural risks to gambling for some individuals, and we have implemented the safeguards described in this policy.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older. We enforce this through our registration process and reserve the right to verify age at any stage.
If we discover that an entrant is under 18, their account will be suspended, entries cancelled, and any applicable refunds issued. We do not target our marketing at anyone under 18.
