Set Spending Limits

We encourage all participants to set personal spending limits before engaging with our draws. You can manage limits directly from your account settings:

• Daily limit: Set a maximum amount you can spend on tickets per day.
• Weekly limit: Set a maximum amount you can spend per week.
• Monthly limit: Set a maximum amount you can spend per month.

Once a limit is reached, you will not be able to purchase additional tickets until the limit period resets. Limit increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Self-Exclusion Options

If you feel that you need to take a break, we offer self-exclusion options:

• Temporary exclusion (Cool-off): Exclude yourself for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot purchase tickets or enter draws.
• Long-term exclusion: Exclude yourself for 6 months or 1 year.
• Permanent exclusion: Permanently close your account and remove your ability to participate.

To self-exclude, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, or contact our support team at luxwinasia@gmail.com. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Signs of Problem Gambling

It is important to be aware of behaviours that may indicate a problem. Ask yourself:

• Am I spending more money than I can comfortably afford?
• Am I purchasing tickets to "win back" money I have previously spent?
• Is my participation causing stress, anxiety, or arguments with family or friends?
• Am I neglecting responsibilities or commitments because of my participation?
• Am I borrowing money or using savings meant for essential expenses?
• Do I feel unable to stop or reduce my spending on tickets?
