Game Rules

1. How Draws Work

Each LuxWinAsia draw is a standalone competition for a specific luxury travel experience. Every draw page displays:

• The prize description, including destination, accommodation, and experience details.
• The total number of tickets available for the draw.
• The price per ticket.
• The scheduled draw date and time.
• The minimum ticket threshold required for the draw to proceed.

A draw will proceed as scheduled once the minimum ticket threshold is reached. If the threshold is not met by the draw date, the draw may be extended by up to 14 days or cancelled with full refunds issued to all participants.

2. Ticket Purchase Process

• You must have a registered account to purchase tickets.
• Select the draw you wish to enter and choose the number of tickets.
• Complete payment securely via Stripe using a valid credit or debit card.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique ticket numbers.
• Each ticket is assigned a unique sequential number that corresponds to a potential winning entry.
• Your tickets are visible in your account dashboard at all times.

3. Random Draw Process

We are committed to complete transparency and fairness in our draw process:

• Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG).
• Each ticket has an exactly equal probability of being selected, regardless of when it was purchased or the quantity purchased by any individual.
• All draws are independently certified by RandomDraws.com, a third-party verification service.
• The certified draw result, including the winning ticket number and verification hash, is published on the draw page within minutes of the draw.
• Draw results are final, binding, and cannot be appealed.

4. Prize Notification and Claim

• Winners are notified via email and an in-platform notification within 24 hours of the draw.
• Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within 30 days of notification.
• Identity verification (government-issued photo ID) is required before prize fulfilment.
• Our dedicated concierge team will coordinate all travel arrangements with the winner.
• Travel experiences must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date, subject to availability.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a winner fails to claim within 30 days or cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited and a reserve winner may be drawn.

5. Maximum Tickets Per Person

To promote fairness and equal opportunity:

• Each draw may specify a maximum number of tickets that a single person can purchase. This limit is displayed on the draw page.
• If no limit is specified, the default maximum is 10% of the total tickets available.
• Attempts to circumvent ticket limits using multiple accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Purchasing more tickets increases your odds proportionally but is always subject to the stated limit.

6. Fair Play Policy

LuxWinAsia is committed to maintaining the integrity of all draws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to exceed ticket limits.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Automated purchasing through bots or scripts.
• Any form of collusion, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform.
• Providing false identity information.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all tickets and prizes, and potential legal action. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to monitor all activity.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 7 days of the draw by contacting luxwinasia@gmail.com. All disputes will be reviewed by our compliance team and a response provided within 14 business days. The decision of LuxWinAsia is final.
