The official rules governing all skill-based competitions on LuxWinAsia.
All competitions on www.luxwinasia.com are organised and operated by LuxWinAsia Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17038462, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (the "Organiser").
By entering any competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Game Rules, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Skill-based, not gambling
Every competition on luxwinasia.com is a skill-based competition. Entry requires correctly answering a multiple-choice Skill Question that tests general knowledge, reasoning, or another identifiable skill.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. LuxWinAsia reserves the right to verify age at any stage.
Employees and contractors of LuxWinAsia Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entrants from restricted jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, the Crimean region, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Mali, Germany) are not eligible. Entries from restricted jurisdictions will be refunded.
Each ticket = one entry into the draw. Entry is confirmed only once your payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
One answer per order — the selected answer applies to all tickets in that order. Buying more tickets increases your entries but not your number of answers.
No purchase required to enter or win
You can enter any LuxWinAsia competition completely free of charge by post. Free postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.
4B.1 — How to enter free. To enter without purchase, send a postcard or sealed envelope containing the following information, in clearly legible handwriting:

4B.2 — Limits and validity.
4B.3 — Equal treatment. Free entries are placed in the same draw pool as paid entries with the same probability of selection. Both routes are governed by the identical Game Rules.
Ticket prices are set for each competition and displayed on the relevant competition page. LuxWinAsia may offer tiered volume pricing, where the per-ticket price decreases with larger ticket bundles.
Purchase limits
Each participant may purchase a maximum of fifty (50) tickets per competition. LuxWinAsia may lower this limit for specific competitions — any such limit is stated on the competition page.
5.3 & 5.4 — Ticket totals are indicative.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the competition is cancelled by LuxWinAsia.
Each competition will close at the earlier of: (a) the closing date and time specified on the competition page, or (b) when all available tickets for that competition have been sold out, if applicable.
LuxWinAsia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend or shorten the closing date, and to increase, decrease, or modify the total number of tickets available.
No entries will be accepted after the competition has closed.
A certificate of the draw result is available on request — email contact@luxwinasia.com.
8.1 — Four possible outcomes. At any time before the draw, LuxWinAsia may exercise any of the following options at its sole discretion:
8.2. The purchase of a ticket does not create an enforceable expectation that the advertised prize will be awarded in its original form.
The prize for each competition is a premium item or experience described on the relevant competition page — luxury travel packages, watches, jewellery, precious metals, vehicles, electronics, or other high-value goods or services.
Key prize terms
Not included: taxes, duties, customs fees, delivery outside the UK, travel insurance, visa costs, spending money, or other incidental expenses.
Travel dates are subject to availability. Blackout periods (peak seasons, school holidays) may apply.
The winner and their travel companion must hold valid passports with at least 6 months' validity. The companion must be 18+ unless stated otherwise.
Travel arrangements must be agreed between the winner and LuxWinAsia within 14 days of prize confirmation.

Failure to comply may result in prize forfeiture. LuxWinAsia will then select an alternative winner or exercise its rights under Clause 8.1.
Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity (photographs, video, testimonials) and consent to LuxWinAsia using their name, image, and competition experience in marketing materials.
LuxWinAsia reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, at any stage, who:
Disqualified entrants are not entitled to a refund and may be permanently banned from future competitions.
LuxWinAsia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, airline or hotel insolvency, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
In the event of force majeure, LuxWinAsia will exercise its discretion under Clause 8.1.
Personal data collected in connection with competition entries will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In the event of a dispute, the Organiser's decision is final and binding.
These Game Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
LuxWinAsia reserves the right to amend these Game Rules at any time. It is the participant's responsibility to review these rules regularly.
