Game Rules

All competitions on www.luxwinasia.com are organised by Premium Trip Ltd, trading as "LuxWinAsia", a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17237318, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (the "Organiser"). By entering any competition you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Game Rules, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

3.1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

3.2. Employees and contractors of Premium Trip Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.

3.3. Entrants from restricted jurisdictions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, the Crimean region, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Mali and Germany) are not eligible. Entries from restricted jurisdictions will be refunded.

4.1. Select an active competition on www.luxwinasia.com and choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

4.2. Answer the Skill Question by selecting one answer from the options provided. One answer may be selected per order, and that answer applies to all tickets in the order.

4.3. Complete checkout and submit payment. Entry is confirmed only once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email.

4.4. Each ticket represents one (1) entry into the draw. Buying multiple tickets increases the number of entries but does not increase the number of answers (one answer per order).

5.1. Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page. We may set a maximum number of tickets per person, which will be stated on the competition page.

5.2. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a competition is cancelled by LuxWinAsia (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

6.1. Each competition closes at the earlier of: (a) the closing date and time on the competition page, or (b) when all available tickets are sold.

6.2. We may extend the closing date or reduce the total number of tickets at our discretion, with any change communicated on the Site. No entries are accepted after a competition has closed.

7.1. The draw takes place within fourteen (14) days of the closing date, using a certified third-party random number generator.

7.2. Only correct entries are included. One (1) winner is selected per competition unless the competition page states otherwise.

7.3. The draw is final. A draw certificate is available on request at contact@luxwinasia.com.

8.1. The prize for each competition is a luxury travel package as described on the relevant competition page. Unless otherwise specified, prizes include return flights for two (2) persons and accommodation at a 5-star hotel for the duration stated.

8.2. The exact components (destination, duration, airline, hotel, inclusions) are set out on each competition page and may vary between competitions.

8.3. Unless expressly stated, the prize does NOT include travel insurance, visa or passport costs, vaccinations, spending money, excursions, or any other incidental cost.

8.4. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. Prizes must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw date unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless expressly stated.

8.5. We may substitute a prize with an alternative of equivalent or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

9.1. The winner is notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw and must confirm acceptance within five (5) days.

9.2. The winner must provide, within five (5) days of notification: valid government-issued photo ID, proof of age, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. If the payment method was not legally owned by the winner, written authorisation from the cardholder is required.

9.3. Travel arrangements must be agreed within fourteen (14) days of prize confirmation. The winner and their companion must hold valid passports (minimum six months' validity from the return date) and all required visas and vaccinations. The companion must be 18 or older unless the competition page states otherwise.

9.4. Failure to meet any requirement or deadline may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

Winners agree to reasonable promotional activity (photographs, video, testimonials) and consent to LuxWinAsia using their name, image and competition experience in marketing materials. Consent may be withdrawn in writing prior to publication. Promotional materials become the property of Premium Trip Ltd.

We may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Game Rules or the Terms & Conditions, provides false information, uses fraudulent means to enter, engages in manipulation or collusion, initiates an unwarranted chargeback, or does not meet the eligibility requirements. Disqualified entrants are not entitled to a refund and may be permanently banned.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, airline or hotel insolvency, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism). In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative prize or arrangement.

13.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser's decision is final and binding.

13.3. These Game Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

13.4. We may amend these Game Rules at any time, with changes published on the Site. The rules applicable to a competition are those in effect when the competition opens.
