1. Eligibility

To use LuxWinAsia and participate in draws, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in prize draws or competitions is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of LuxWinAsia Ltd or its affiliates.
• Provide accurate and truthful identification when requested.

Excluded jurisdictions include, but are not limited to: countries subject to international sanctions, and regions where online prize draws require specific licences we do not hold. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase tickets. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Draw Rules and Mechanics

Each draw is a standalone competition with its own set of parameters:

• Each draw page displays the total number of tickets, ticket price, draw date, and prize details.
• A draw proceeds when the minimum ticket threshold is met by the scheduled draw date.
• If the minimum threshold is not reached, the draw may be extended, or all ticket purchases will be fully refunded.
• Winners are selected by a certified random number generator, verified by RandomDraws.com.
• All draw results are final and binding.
• LuxWinAsia reserves the right to verify winner identity before prize fulfilment.

4. Ticket Purchase Terms

• Tickets are purchased in the currency displayed on the draw page.
• Each ticket represents one entry into the specified draw.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A maximum ticket limit per person may apply to individual draws, as specified on the draw page.
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged except where a draw does not proceed (see Section 3).

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a draw is cancelled or does not reach the minimum threshold.
• In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees arising from your participation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that we suspect to be fraudulent.

6. Prize Claim Process

• Winners are notified by email and within the platform within 24 hours of the draw.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
• Identity verification is required before prize fulfilment. Failure to verify may result in forfeiture.
• Travel experience prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date, subject to availability and seasonal restrictions.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Travel arrangements are coordinated through our concierge team. Reasonable accommodations will be made for scheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• LuxWinAsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in draws.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the relevant draw.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to travel experiences caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property on the LuxWinAsia platform are owned by or licensed to LuxWinAsia Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
