Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms between you and Premium Trip Ltd, trading as "LuxWinAsia" ("we", "us", "our"), under which you may access www.luxwinasia.com (our "Site"). It applies to all users and visitors. By using our Site you agree to abide by this Policy, which supplements our Terms & Conditions.

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
• To send or upload any material that does not comply with our content standards below.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam).
• To knowingly transmit any data or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful code.

You also agree:

• Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our Site in contravention of our Terms & Conditions.
• Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site, any equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used in its provision.
• Not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with the Site.

We may from time to time provide interactive services on our Site (for example, the ability to participate in competitions, comment, or post to our social media accounts). Where we do, we will provide clear information about the service and any moderation used. We are under no obligation to monitor or moderate any interactive service, and we exclude liability for any loss arising from a user's use of an interactive service in contravention of our content standards, whether moderated or not.

The use of any interactive service by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. We advise parents to communicate with their children about online safety, as moderation is not foolproof.

• Promote any illegal activity or be threatening or abusive.
• Invade another's privacy or cause needless anxiety.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Give the false impression that they come from Premium Trip Ltd.

If you breach this Policy, we may take appropriate action, including: temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Site, removal of any material you uploaded, issuing a warning, legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of costs, further legal action, and disclosure of information to law enforcement where we reasonably feel it is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Policy. We may revise this Policy at any time by amending this page, and you are expected to check for changes regularly.
