Everything about entering, the skill question, the free route, the draw itself and your account. If something here contradicts the Game Rules or the Terms, those documents are what govern your entry.
Start here if this is your first visit.
A prize competition, not a lottery. You choose a competition, answer a multiple-choice question about Thailand, and buy one or more tickets. When the competition closes, one ticket is drawn and that entrant wins the trip.
The question is not decoration. Under the Gambling Act 2005 a paid competition is lawful only where entry genuinely requires knowledge or judgement, so your answer is checked on our servers before any entry is created. An incorrect answer means no entry.
There is also a free route, which you can use instead of paying. It goes into the same draw with the same chance.
Premium Trip Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17237318, at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
The competitions are governed by English law and the prizes are in Thailand. Our full terms, game rules and privacy policy are linked in the footer of every page.
No, for the reasons above: the skill question is a genuine precondition and a free entry route exists.
That said, if entering ever stops feeling like fun, you can bar yourself from entering at any time. See Playing responsibly below.
£1 from every ticket is set aside for the Save Elephant Foundation in Thailand, which runs ethical sanctuaries for rescued elephants. We are an independent supporter; the foundation does not endorse or run these competitions.
What we ask for when you open an account, and why.
You must be 18 or over and entering from a country we are permitted to accept. One account per person.
We ask for your date of birth when you register and we check it again before your first entry. If you win, we will ask for identification, and the name and date of birth must match the account.
Google does not give us your date of birth or your acceptance of our terms, so we ask for both at the point of your first entry rather than letting an account skip the age check.
It is asked once. After that your entries proceed normally.
You can browse and enter without confirming, but please do confirm it. Entry confirmations and, if you win, the winner notification are sent to that address. If it is wrong, you could miss a win.
If the link expired, open your dashboard and use the banner to send a fresh one.
No. It is optional. If you add one, we can also send draw results by WhatsApp; without one, everything comes by email.
What the numbers on a competition page mean.
No. “Max entries” is the total number of tickets that will ever be sold for that competition — the size of the whole pool. It is not a personal allowance.
Your own limit is 1 to 50 tickets per order. Where a competition sets a limit per person, it is stated on that competition's page.
One ticket in a competition capped at 1,000 tickets is a 1 in 1,000 chance if every ticket sells. Buying five tickets makes it five in 1,000.
Because the cap is the maximum rather than a guarantee that every ticket sells, your real odds can only be better than that figure, never worse.
The price per ticket falls as the order grows: 15 tickets or more saves 10%, 20 or more saves 15%, 25 or more saves 20%, and 50 saves 25%. Fifty is the maximum in a single order.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout — there is nothing to type in.
Entries close immediately, paid and free alike, and the competition page stops accepting orders. The draw then takes place within 14 days.
If a closing date has to move, we say so on the competition page before it passes.
The part most people do not expect. It is short.
Once you choose your tickets and start your order. It is one multiple-choice question about Thailand — its geography, customs, food or festivals — drawn at random from a set of ten.
You answer once per order, and that answer covers every ticket in it.
No entry is created and you are not charged. You can ask for a different question and try again.
Only correct answers produce an entry. This is checked on our servers, so it is the same requirement however you reach the page.
Yes. The skill requirement applies to every entry, paid or free — that is what keeps the competition lawful.
Two routes, both with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid ticket.
On any open competition page, use “Or enter for free (no purchase necessary)”. You will answer the same skill question, and an entry is created immediately at no cost.
You need a free account (for the 18+ check and so we can contact you if you win), and it is one free online entry per person per competition.
Send an unenclosed postcard with your full name, date of birth, address, email address, the competition you are entering and your answer to the skill question, to the address shown on the Free Entry page.
It must arrive before the competition closes. One postal entry per person per competition, handwritten by you.
Yes. Free entries are placed in the same pool, numbered the same way, and drawn by the same third party. Nothing distinguishes them at the draw.
It appears in My Tickets in your dashboard like any other entry, at £0.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Whop. We never see your card details.
WHOP*LUXWINASIA. All prices are in pounds sterling.
You are returned to a confirmation page and your tickets appear in My Tickets, each with its own number. A confirmation email follows.
Occasionally the payment confirmation takes a moment to reach us; if the page says your tickets are being finalised, they are on their way and nothing is lost.
No. Entries are final once placed, and the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to competition entries.
We refund only where we cancel a competition, or where you entered from a country we cannot accept. In those cases the money goes back to the card you paid with.
How the winner is chosen, and how you will hear.
By RandomDraws.com, an independent draw service, not by us. They generate the winning ticket number and issue a certificate for that draw.
The certificate is published on the competition page afterwards so anyone can check it. We do not select, influence or re-run a draw.
Within 14 days of the competition closing. The exact date is shown on the competition page.
The winner is notified by email within seven days of the draw, and by WhatsApp as well if a number is on the account. The result also appears under Results in your dashboard.
Every entrant can see the outcome on the competition page and on the Winners page — you do not have to wait for an email to find out.
We publish first name and general location by default. You can turn that off in your dashboard settings, and we will still confirm the draw took place.
What we will ask of you, and what the prize includes.
Reply to accept within five days, and send identification confirming your name and date of birth within five days of us asking. If we cannot reach you or the details do not match the account, the prize may be redrawn.
Exactly what the competition page lists — typically flights for two, accommodation and the stated extras. Travel insurance, visas, passports, vaccinations, spending money and anything not listed are yours to arrange.
Your travelling companion must also be 18 or over.
We book it with you. Dates are agreed within 14 days of you accepting, subject to availability, and the trip must be taken within 12 months.
No, unless the competition page expressly offers a cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred to someone else.
Everything you can do yourself, without emailing us.
Dashboard → My Tickets for entries and receipts, Dashboard → Results for outcomes, Dashboard → Billing for your payment history.
Dashboard → Security lets you change your password and switch on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
Changing your password signs out every other device immediately. You can also sign out everywhere from the same page.
Dashboard → Profile → Download My Data gives you everything we hold about you as a JSON file, straight away.
Dashboard → Settings offers two options. Deactivating hides your profile and can be undone by signing back in. Deleting is permanent.
Either way, entries already placed stay in their draws — we cannot remove a ticket from a competition that is already running, and you remain eligible to win it.
If this stops being enjoyable, stop. Here is how.
Dashboard → Settings → Responsible gaming. Choose six months, one, two or five years, or permanently. It takes effect immediately and blocks every route into a competition, paid and free.
It cannot be shortened or lifted early — not by you and not by us. That is deliberate: a break you can undo on impulse is not a break.
There is a cap of 50 tickets per order. We do not currently offer deposit or spending limits beyond that, and we would rather say so plainly than imply protections that do not exist. If you want a hard stop, use self-exclusion.
GamCare on 0808 8020 133 or gamcare.org.uk, BeGambleAware on begambleaware.org, and GamStop at gamstop.co.uk. They are free, confidential and nothing to do with us.
Two different things with similar names.
Every account has a referral code, in Dashboard → Referrals. When someone signs up through your link and makes their first confirmed purchase, that counts as one confirmed referral. Every ten confirmed referrals earns you one free ticket credit.
Credits are redeemed from your dashboard against any open competition.
Referrals are open to everyone. The Ambassador Programme is by application and pays a cash commission of 10% on the value of paid entries bought through your link.
Free entries and refunded orders do not earn commission.
Commission is recorded against your account as soon as an entry is confirmed and is approved before payment. Payouts are arranged with you directly — we will ask for your details when your first payout is due.
Commission is income, and declaring it is your responsibility.
