When refunds are available, what happens if a competition is cancelled, and how chargebacks are handled.
All ticket purchases for skill-based competitions organised by Premium Trip Ltd are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge and agree that they will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except in the rare event that the competition is cancelled by Premium Trip Ltd.
If a competition is cancelled by Premium Trip Ltd, participants are notified by email and a full refund is issued for any tickets purchased for that competition. The refund is processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Premium Trip Ltd reserves the right to cancel any competition at its discretion.
Prizes are luxury travel packages, not physical goods. There is therefore nothing to ship, return or exchange. Once a travel prize has been confirmed and arrangements agreed, all travel arrangements are subject to the terms of the relevant airline, hotel and third-party providers, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Entries are automatically cancelled if any payment is reversed or charged back. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the forfeiture of prizes and suspension of accounts. Participants with unresolved chargebacks may be ineligible for future competitions.
Upon winning, Premium Trip Ltd may request proof of identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required documents within five (5) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Tickets are non-transferable, and only the purchaser is eligible to claim the prize, provided they meet all competition requirements.
The transaction for ticket purchases will appear on your bank or card statement as "PREMIUM TRIP LTD". If you have any question about a transaction, please contact us at contact@luxwinasia.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to addressing any concern promptly.
Premium Trip Ltd is not liable for any losses incurred where there is no breach of legal duty or where the loss is unforeseeable. We are not responsible for losses resulting from a participant's own actions or from a participant's business use of our service. Any foreseeable losses we incur due to a participant's breach of this policy or misuse of our service may be claimed back from the participant.
