Why our competitions don't involve physical goods, and what happens to your entry once you've paid.
Our prizes are luxury travel packages (flights and accommodation), not physical products. There is therefore nothing to ship, return or exchange.
Due to the nature of prize competitions, Premium Trip Ltd operates a no returns or refund policy. Once an entry has been submitted and payment has been made, it is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned, except in the rare event that the competition is cancelled by Premium Trip Ltd. Once a travel prize is confirmed, all arrangements are subject to the terms of the relevant airline, hotel and third-party providers, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
